My role in this project was to first & foremost, to overlook the overall completion of the project and this was done using Excel Gantt Charts. Presenting it to our shop-fitter and having weekly meetings where minutes were recorded to track and ensure that processes are up-to-date and in line with the site launch
03 — DELIVER
Ensured that all areas (the builds, visuals, tech assets, SKU's) were all ready for the setup of the site in it's location (Harrods)
04 — HANDOVER
The project was handed over on the agreed launch date and the site had received positive feedback and engagement from all fronts.
OUTCOME & IMPACT
RESULTS
— The interactive memories lift off technology which I had the responsibility to handle was a talking factor of the whole project as it provided an experience on top of the shopping factor.
— The project was completed in a timely manner
— Any hiccups were overcome with a calm and proactive approach. In industries where hiccups are common due to external factors, I learned ow important it is to manage expectations, obtain clear communication and strong problem solving skills.
